I offer work shops to help recognize, and deal with stress on all levels. breathing techniques, music to help calm the brain to work more efficiently and meditate. I also explain the science of basic yoga and meditation. I then explain foods that help the brain to work better cognitively. Then I demonstrate and explain Ortho-bionomy and teach self care exercises to keep the body out of pain and stress. All these techniques are backed by science. The workshop will help combat immunological diseases that are brought on by stress and therefore lead a life that will help you cope with life's ups and downs.
